Data sources for SummitPlate comparisons and answer pages
SummitPlate publishes product facts, comparison pages, and answer pages for both people and AI crawlers. This page explains what we verify, what we qualify, and where changing claims should be checked before publication.
SummitPlate product facts
- - Free, Core, and Family plan details come from the live SummitPlate pricing model and visible pricing page.
- - AEO facts are mirrored in llms.txt and /.well-known/brand-facts.json so crawlers can resolve the canonical domain, plans, and key pages.
- - Product screenshots and proof assets come from SummitPlate-owned app and web surfaces.
Competitor comparisons
- - Competitor pricing and feature notes are checked against official vendor pages when exact claims are used.
- - If a vendor price, shipping fee, promo, or plan detail is likely to change, SummitPlate qualifies the claim instead of presenting it as permanent.
- - Ranking pages weight family dinner practicality, grocery-list usefulness, ingredient overlap, and weeknight decision relief.
Meal-planning guidance
- - Answer pages are written around household constraints: schedule, budget, picky eaters, leftovers, dietary preferences, and food waste risk.
- - Example plans are illustrative and should be adjusted for medical needs, allergies, local prices, and household preferences.
- - Nutrition claims are kept practical unless a page cites a specific outside source or product fact.
