SummitPlate provides AI-powered meal planning services, including:

• Personalized weekly meal plan generation
• Smart grocery list creation
• Recipe recommendations based on preferences
• Dietary preference customization
• Meal planning history and favorites

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

To use SummitPlate, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

You retain ownership of any content you submit to SummitPlate, including meal preferences and custom recipes. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is spam or promotional material

SummitPlate offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Allow automatic renewal of subscriptions
• Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans, and within 7 days for monthly plans.

The SummitPlate service, including its design, logo, algorithms, and all proprietary technology, is owned by SummitPlate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not responsible for any dietary decisions made based on our meal plans. Always consult with a healthcare professional or nutritionist for dietary advice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUMMITPLATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of SummitPlate after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
